Freight Brokerage division in need of a Hunter to lead the charge. This is an uncapped commission opportunity for those who have the drive to find new business and want support without the startup hassle.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 Year as a Freight Agent/Broker.
-Established Book of Business a plus but not required
-Self Starter with In-depth knowledge of U.S. freight markets (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.).
-Ability to manage the cradle-to-grave freight lifecycle independently. (but will have ownership support during startup phase)
-Familiarity with TMS software and load boards (DAT, Truckstop).
-Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
